Shipping policy

Same-day delivery

Order before 12:00 midday and we deliver the same day in Cape Town and Johannesburg.

Order after 12:00 and it goes out on the next available delivery date. Same-day is subject to availability and to your address falling inside our delivery area.

Nationwide gift boxes

Gift boxes, hampers and anything that is not perishable go anywhere in South Africa through our courier partner.

Allow 2 to 4 business days from dispatch. We dispatch same day or next business day.

Fresh flowers are same-day Cape Town and Johannesburg only. They do not travel by courier.

Delivery fees

Worked out at checkout based on where it is going and what is in the order. Same-day rates and nationwide courier rates are different.

Nobody home?

Our courier will try to leave it somewhere safe or with a neighbour, and you get a notification on the number you gave us. For fresh flowers, try to make sure someone is there. They are perishable and they do not enjoy sitting in the sun.

Order processing

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You get a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
