The main part of the bouquet, which are the orange roses (from the orange blossom bouquet), were completely and entirely wilted. I don't appreciate the sale of wilted flowers/bouquet costing over R600, just for it to not be in great condition. That's fraudulent and not good customer service because the purchase was not for a wilted bouquet of flowers. I am highly and utterly disappointed in this experience with Flower Guys.
